Master’s Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce or Engineering and Degree of B.Ed OR institution except in case of persons holding the posts of Vocational Masters or Vocational Lecturer or Computer Masters or Computer Faculty with teaching experience for a min period of 3 years in any Government School and Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.
